Residents invited to Annual Electors Meeting 29 January

The Shire of Dardanup invites residents to the Annual Electors Meeting on Wednesday, 29 January 2025, providing a valuable opportunity to engage with Council and have your voice heard.

Shire President Cr Tyrrell Gardiner said the meeting will begin at 6pm, following the first Ordinary Council Meeting for 2025.

“This annual meeting is a great platform for residents to ask questions and provide feedback to Council,” Cr Gardiner said.

“We encourage residents to submit their questions before the meeting to ensure they receive a response on the night.”

Questions can be submitted by emailing records@dardanup.wa.gov.au or calling (08) 9724 0000 by 4pm on Tuesday, 28 January 2025. Questions that are not submitted in advance will be taken on notice and answered at the February Ordinary Council Meeting.

The Annual Electors Meeting also marks the official receipt of the Shire’s 2023/24 Annual Report, which highlights key achievements, milestones, and financial performance from the past year.

Cr Gardiner encouraged residents to review the Annual Report before the meeting. It is available on the Shire’s website at www.dardanup.wa.gov.au/documents/annual-reports or as a printed copy by contacting the Shire offices in Eaton or Dardanup at (08) 9724 0000 or emailing records@dardanup.wa.gov.au

“Your input is vital to shaping the future of our community, and Council looks forward to hearing your ideas and questions.”

  • Location: Council Chambers, Eaton Administration Building.
