Planning your event - a guide

Shire Officers are eager to assist anyone that is considering holding an event within the Shire of Dardanup. By talking to Officers about your proposed event we will be able to assess the event criteria and let you know if you are required to submit an Events Application for approval.

Community events may have an impact on our residents and may need to be assessed by one or more of our departments ranging from Engineering (Road Closures), Environmental Health (Food Stalls, Toilets), Parks & Gardens (Reticulation) to Planning (Liquor Licences) so it is important that you speak to us so that we can assist you with these requirements.
