Social and Community Groups
Social and community groups are a great way to meet people, learn new skills, and share your experiences. Shire of Dardanup Library Services has a great range of community and social groups meeting regularly at both Eaton and Dardanup:
Knits and Knots
Looking for ways to meet new people and complete your own knitting or crocheting projects in the company of fellow knitters? Then look no further.
Our Knits and Knots group meets on the first and third Tuesday of the month from 1:00pm until 3:00pm at the Dardanup Library. It is the perfect way to learn new techniques, exchange ideas or find inspiration for your next project.
Both beginners and experienced knitters are welcome so why not come along and join the fun.
Eaton Art Group
Eaton Art Group is for local artists of all levels of experience to come together in a friendly and helpful manner. Each month there is an optional challenge for you to participate in with each artist bringing their own interpretation of the challenge.
The Eaton Art Group meets once a month every second Monday afternoon at Eaton Community Library.
Bridge Lovers
Without a doubt, bridge is one of the greatest card games ever. Our bridge lovers think of it as a life-long friend that enables you to make lifelong friends.
From the four phases of playing a bridge hand to some expert advice on bidding, Eaton Community Library’s bridge groups will help you to develop your skills in the game, meet new friends, and test your abilities in a fun and relaxed atmosphere.
Our bridge groups meet regularly so please contact us to find out more information.
