Classes are free to join, and no online registration is required.

Chair Yoga Program DISCLAIMER
By undertaking the Shire of Dardanup’s Chair Yoga class, you are doing so in a state of good health and are able to engage in this class. It is your responsibility to disclose if you have any pre-existing medical conditions that may affect your movement or performance within the class. Please speak with the class facilitator and make them aware so that any alterations can be made to your engagement in the class.
If at any time during the class, you feel discomfort or strain, gently come out of the posture/pose. You may rest at any time during the class. It is important in yoga that you listen to your body and respect its limits on any given day.
I understand that yoga includes physical movements as well as an opportunity for relaxation, stress re-education and relief of muscular tension. As is the case with any physical activity, the risk of injury, even serious or disabling, is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated. If you experience any pain or discomfort, please listen to your body, discontinue the activity and ask for support from your instructor.
You acknowledge that you are undertaking the Chair Yoga class at your own risk and shall not hold the Shire of Dardanup or the facilitator of this class responsible for any injury or harm that you may incur during your visit to premises where the classes are held, either the Dardanup Hall or at the Eaton Recreation Centre. Additionally, you give permission for the class facilitator or Eaton Recreation Centre staff to seek medical assistance, at your own expense if required.
