View Council Meetings online
Community members will have a unique opportunity to view a Dardanup Shire Council meeting from the comfort of home with all Council and Committee meetings being moved online while Covid case numbers remain high.
The next Ordinary Council Meetings are:
- Wednesday, March 23 – 5.00pm
- Wednesday, April 27 – 5.00pm
Residents can watch the meeting from their home computer by clicking on THIS LINK
Public Question Time and Deputations will still continue, however the format has been adjusted to incorporate new requirements for e-Meetings.
- Will there still be Public Question Time? How will this work?
Members of the public wishing to ask a question will need to submit their question in writing by midday on the day of the meeting so that it can be read aloud during the meeting. Please use ‘Form 60 – Public Question Time’ available on this page of our website or email records@dardanup.wa.gov.au requesting a copy.
- What about Deputations to an item on the Agenda?
Deputations can still go ahead. Deputations must also be in writing and emailed through to records@dardanup.wa.gov.au and addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, by midday of the day of the Council meeting advising which item on the Agenda your deputation relates to.
