The Shire of Dardanup provides the following update on temporary road closures to accommodate works for completion by Main Roads WA and also those as part of the Bunbury Outer Ring Road Project.

The current temporary closures are:

• Martin-Pelusey Road (intersection with South Western Highway)
  Closed until end of May 2023.  Note: Local traffic access only between Harris Road and South Western Highway;
• Hynes Road (intersection with South Western Highway)
  Open, but single lane traffic only and lengthy delays;
• Wireless Road (between Harris Road and South Western Highway)
  Closure extended until March 2024;
• Harris Road (between Wireless Road and Dowdells Line)
  Closure extended until June 2023; and
• Martin-Pelusey Road (between Golding Crescent and Harris Road)
  Closed until December 2024.

Please also note that Main Roads is carrying out works on the bridge over the Vindictive Drain on Hynes Road (close to the intersection with Reading Place).  Single lane closures will be implemented during some periods at the bridge until the end of May 2023 (working hours only).

FUTURE PROPOSED TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURES

Proposed future road closures (subject to issue of Public Notices and feedback period):

• Proposed closure of Martin-Pelusey Road (between South Western Highway and Harris Road) from November 2023 until December 2024;
• Proposed closure of Golding Crescent (between “My Truck Wash” driveway and Martin-Pelusey Road) from November 2023 until May 2024; and
• Proposed closure of Harris Road between Wireless Road and Dowdells Line from January 2024 until March 2024.
