Are you part of a not-for-profit community group or sporting club with an exciting project idea but need financial assistance to bring it to life? The Shire of Dardanup’s Community and Event Grants are here to help!
A wide range of local community champions have already benefited from this program, and now it’s your turn to apply!
Previous grant successes include:
- Upgraded first aid kits and supplies
- Purchase of external defibrillators
- Fencing replacements
- Installation of outdoor seating
- Printing costs for heritage forum event signage
- Upgrades to playground and sporting equipment
- Community cooking classes
- End-of-year community gatherings
Grant funding is available for projects and activities that:
- Foster the distinctiveness of places through the personalisation of community areas
- Activate public areas
- Build community skills and capacity
- Create a lasting positive impact
- Promote accessibility and inclusivity
- Empower groups to take proactive roles in their community
Three levels of funding are available.
Applications are open from Monday, 13 January 2025 until Monday, 10 February 2025.
