A project transforming the centre of Dardanup has reached a milestone with landscaping works by Shire contractor LD Total now complete.

The result so far is spectacular with turf, plants, our relocated mature ash trees and nature play elements installed.

Finishing touches will be added by Shire staff early in the new year and include:

• 2 x park benches;
• 2 x art boards displaying public art;
• Minor adjustments to carpark;
• bollards; and
• Final tidy up.

The site will be closed to the public over the Christmas period allowing time for the new grass and plants to settle in and establish.

This Dardanup Depot Revitalisation project is being delivered in partnership with RAC, through its Reconnect WA initiative, which aims to create vibrant streets and public spaces for Western Australians to interact and connect with each other.
