The Shire of Dardanup is excited to announce an opportunity for experienced food and café operators to lease a small café nook in the new Library, Administration and Community building in Eaton.

Shire President Cr Tyrrell Gardiner said the available café space features both an external ‘hole in the wall’ servery and an internal counter servery, providing flexibility and convenience for service.

Cr Gardiner said the café nook includes a 16m² café area, 31m² of dedicated alfresco space, and a 71m² shared use area within the library for (café) service to library users.

“This is a great opportunity for a passionate and experienced operator who can deliver high-quality pre-prepared food and beverages and help create a welcoming environment for library visitors, passing traffic, and staff working within the building,” Cr Gardiner said.

“This new facility, adjacent to the bustling Eaton Fair shopping centre and close to the Glen Huon sporting precinct, skate park, and playground, is set to become a vibrant community hub.”

A copy of the Application Package, including the Lease Agreement Terms and Conditions, is available from the Eaton Administration Centre, 1 Council Drive, Eaton, or by contacting the Shire’s Building Property Managing Officer Michelle Edwards on (08) 9724 0341 or via email at michelle.edwards@dardanup.wa.gov.au
