Restricted Burning Period ends - permits needed for burns

The Shire of Dardanup's Restricted Burning Period ended at midnight on Friday, 7 June 2024 after several extensions due to the unseasonal weather conditions.

Permits to burn are still required all year round in the townships of Dardanup, Burekup and Eaton and can be obtained from the Fire Control Officer (FCOs) of your area.

Prior to commencing ANY burn, the Department of Fire and Emergency Services Communications MUST be notified on (08) 9395 9209.

Thank you for your cooperation, you are helping to reduce the unnecessary call outs to our emergency services.
