Explore mindful artwork for mental health! 🖼

Have a go at this fun and unique way to make abstract artwork using watercolour paints. This easy-going artform promotes relaxation, mindfulness, calms anxiety and helps to improve mental health. All abilities are welcome. Attendees will receive their own sketchbook to continue Watercolours for Wellbeing after the workshop has ended!

Please reach out to our friendly team if you have any questions about who this workshop is best suited to or accessibility. As we will be discussing sensitive topics including mental health, ADHD and anxiety, this workshop is recommended for ages 12+.
