Explore mindful artwork for mental health! 🖼 Have a go at this fun and unique way to make abstract artwork using watercolour paints. This easy-going artform promotes relaxation, mindfulness, calms anxiety and helps to improve mental health. All abilities are welcome. Attendees will receive their own sketchbook to continue Watercolours for Wellbeing after the workshop has ended!
