The opportunity:
- Full time permanent role 1.0FTE
- Level 4/5 - salary range $63,097 - $81,833 per annum depending upon qualifications and experience*
- Located at our Eaton Administration Centre
Are you our next ADMINISTRATION SUPERSTAR? We’re looking for a highly skilled and enthusiastic professional to step into this newly created role. If you have administration expertise and a positive, can-do attitude, we’d love to hear from you! This role offers the opportunity to provide quality support to our regulatory and development services teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide high -quality, accurate administrative support to the Shire’s Planning, Building, Environmental Health, Rangers, Compliance and Emergency Services departments.
- Lead Development Services administrative tasks and processes to implement and maintain professional standards across all meetings, correspondence, procedures and workflows.
- Administrate the Shire’s Development Assessment Unit [DAU] including coordination of meetings, preparation of agendas and minutes, dissemination of information and actions, and any required follow up to ensure compliance with DAU outcomes.
About you:
You will need to demonstrate your ability to provide high-quality support and administrative services in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Your tasks will be varied and time sensitive, so an adaptable, can-do attitude to work is a must! Local Government experience would be advantageous to the role, but we are open to hearing about what you can bring!
