The Opportunity:

• Part-time 0.4 FTE
• Level 10 - Salary Range $56.3336 – $64.2566 per hour depending upon qualifications & experience*
• Located at our Eaton Administration Centre

We are seeking a technically astute team player who is able to ensure the integrity and security of our IT systems.  The ideal candidate will need tertiary qualifications in Cyber Security and/or professional certification, and demonstrated knowledge of on premises and public cloud infrastructure including deploying products in the cloud, security frameworks and risk management frameworks.

You will be responsible for:

• Developing, managing and maintaining a strong organisational cyber security and cyber resilience readiness posture for the Shire of Dardanup
• Ensure a consistent and systematic approach is being applied to information security practices, system security, and data integrity
• Actively promote cyber security awareness to all staff and elected members
• Provide advice and recommendations on Information security and associated risks across the organisation
