PUBLIC NOTICE
PERMANENT CLOSURE TO TRAFFIC OF A PORTION OF COUNCIL DRIVE, EATON

Section 3.50 Local Government Act 1995
The Shire of Dardanup hereby gives notice of the permanent closure to traffic of a portion of Council Drive as illustrated below. The permanent closure is for construction of the Eaton Fair Expansion.
The Shire welcomes feedback regarding the planned closure. Submissions will be accepted until 8 August 2024.
