The Opportunity:

We are seeking a self-motivated and detail oriented Regulatory Enforcement/Development Compliance Officer to join our team. 

This role encompasses a wide range of compliance related activities, with a mix of office and field work to carry out and report on various inspections.

We are looking to further develop and deliver best practice compliance methodology to ensure development within the Shire complies with Council approvals, legislation and statutory obligations.

You will need the ability to interpret legislation and regulations and have excellent communication skills. A tertiary qualification in Law and/or Town Planning or an equivalent qualification in Building or Construction will be highly regarded.

Work Type:                                    Full-time 

Remuneration Package:              Level 5 up to $81,833 per annum
